YouTube Integration

To integrate an event to YouTube,

1.Login to https://experience.ngage.ai/events

2. Select the event you want YouTube to be integrated with.

Click on that particular Event

3 .Click on Settings option from Top

4. Click on Video Settings from Left panel. Select Live Video Conference. Select Youtube from Sources.

5. Give embed link for a YouTube video.(You can copy embed link from Share option in a YouTube video)

To Embed link: -

• Click on the share button of an YouTube Video and select Em bed option.

• Select the source link as shown below.

6. Click save

7. Go to Features option from Left Panel. Click on Live Streaming options. Enable YouTube.

8. To join as an Attendee, open https://experience.ngage.ai/ in another browser.

   

9. Click on Join an Event at top right

10. Enter Event Code to participate and click on ->

11. You will be directly joining the youtube link video you have integrated.

    

12. If you disable the Youtube option from Features in livepoll. Ngage.ai automatically the youtube component will be removed from the Attendee side.

    

13. The following screenshot shows the youtube component is removed from the page itself.
